Is therapy the right service for you?

We live in an information + awareness obsessed culture. Therapy culture podcasts and social media content is a huge business but it cannot replace the bedrock fact that you were designed to heal in an actual relationship. All the research agrees - and really it’s not a new truth - it’s relationship + connection that offers the greatest healing potential.

Good therapy isn’t just a relationship, however. It combines art + science to help ground you in your everyday, ordinary life so that you can heal from the inside-out. It doesn’t constantly cast blame on others, stay focused solely on the past, or make you reliant on your therapist. It doesn’t promise perfection or a life free of struggle or pain.

It does offer deep and lasting growth.

It does offer ways to heal from symptoms that you can’t get rid of on your own.

It does give you skills and tools that will serve you for a lifetime.

It does help you be a healthy person in your relationships and community (or grow toward community).

It does help you live with wisdom about your own hurts and patterns that can cause you pain.

It does help you see your own gifts and wiring to help you offer them with confidence to the world around you.

  • All therapy sessions are $100. I do not take insurance but intentionally keep my costs as low as possible. I can also offer you a super bill to file with your insurance company. Most clients get some type of reimbursement depending on your plan.

Session frequency is something we decide together. Most people come anywhere from once a week to once a month.

  • When you reach out to schedule an initial conversation, we’ll decide together if I’m the right fit for you. I’ll shoot you straight so that your time and resources are protected.

Many of my clients come to therapy from these backgrounds:

    • Full-time ministry staff or spouses

    • Women in helper roles

    • Mothers, often homeschooling or raising neurodivergent kids

    • Suffering from anxiety or burnout

    • Navigating a big transition or loss

  • I offer in-person sessions at my office in Marietta, Georgia (near I-75, I-285 and the Braves Stadium).

I also offer online sessions via Zoom for anyone in the state of Georgia.

Due to rapidly changing laws, I can also offer sessions to clients in many other states. Contact me to determine if I am allowed to see you for therapy if you live outside Georgia.

  • I’ve been a licensed clinical therapist for 15+ years and a lifelong learner about all things about the inner life of the soul and person.

I have years of training + experience in Jungian depth-oriented therapy. These techniques, such as story work, creative embodiment techniques, and dream work offer incredibly powerful tools for our modern times.

I also have specific training in combining therapy with spiritual formation and love to help clients heal using their spirituality.
