God called me. And here I am. I’ve been practicing for over 15 years now and I never could have imagined the journey it would take me on personally to live from my own soul and calling. Living a soulful life is never boring!

I’m a licensed professional counselor with specific training on combining Christian spirituality + Jungian depth therapy. I focus on process over product, growth over perfection, and moving toward wholeness over just symptom alleviation.

I also completed a post-graduate 2 year certification in spiritual direction through the Haden Institute. I love all the creative ways the inner life and spirituality collide. I also believe it’s more important work than ever before that we learn to live from the soul, not just the ego.

Nothing tops getting a front row seat to watching my clients heal + grow. The courage and vulnerability I get to witness is breathtaking. I believe deeply in this work and the goodness it grows within each of us.
